I was actually really looking forward to seeing Religulous, with the expectation that it would offer an insight to how and why any of us, whatever our faith, use of faith to manage our day to day lives. Unfortunately, I only felt frustrated by Bill Maher’s heavy-handed direction and constant insistence that people of faith are crazy, misinformed and self-deluding. What could have been a wonderful exploration of faith in our country today turned out to be nothing more that 1 1/2 hours of atheistic persecution.
