Adult Ed

St. Bede’s, Menlo Park, offers Adult Education, on Sunday mornings, 9 am – 10 am, and Wednesday evenings, 6:30 – 7:30 pm (preceded by a simple supper, 6 – 6:30 pm).

We have also begun offering monthly Seekers Dinners, one Thursday evening per month, 7:30 – 9:30 pm, in which we discuss big questions that beset us all in our quest to know and love God. The Sunday morning offering, which we call “Soulwork,” covers nearly anything our congregation has on its mind. We’ve offered educational series on Social Entrepreneurship, the Ten Commandments, how the latest psychological research helps us to understand ancient Christian wisdom and much more.

Our Wednesday evening offering, which we call “Soul of Scripture,” is typically an opportunity for reflection and analysis of the upcoming Sunday’s assigned scripture readings.
